Office 365 is your Microsoft login for Outlook (email), Word, and OneDrive (cloud storage). These are the core systems we rely on for staff workflows, so you'll want to get comfortable with them.

Communication — 3CX
We use 3CX for all phone calls — it's set up on your laptop and mobile during IT onboarding. Online meetings and messages go through Microsoft Teams.

Screen Sharing — Vivi
Vivi is used every day for screen sharing and classroom activities — a simple, accessible way for educators to bring their lessons to life. The training below is optional but worth exploring.

- Open your phone's Wi-Fi settings.
- Select the network IoT_Silkwood.
- Enter your Silkwood login password.
